This User Agreement defines the terms of use of the social network “gcoop” and governs the relationship between the Administration of the service and the User. By using the service, the User confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to comply with the terms of this Agreement.
The User bears full responsibility for any materials they post, including texts, images, videos, links, comments, and other information. The Administration does not perform mandatory pre‑moderation of content and is not liable for its content, accuracy, legality, or compliance with the expectations of third parties, since the content is created by the Users themselves.
It is prohibited to post materials that violate the legislation of the Russian Federation, the rights and legitimate interests of third parties, as well as content containing extremist materials, calls for violence, distribution of prohibited information, insults, defamation, personal data without consent, pornography, promotion of narcotic substances, and any other prohibited information. The User undertakes to independently ensure compliance with the applicable laws of the Russian Federation when using the service.
The Administration has the right, without prior notice, to delete or restrict access to any content that, in its opinion, violates this Agreement or the laws of the Russian Federation, as well as to block the accounts of Users who have committed such violations. In cases where prohibited content is detected, as well as on issues related to the operation of the service, the User may contact the Administration by email at: cs-iron@mail.ru.
The User agrees that they use the service at their own risk. The Administration is not liable for any damage, losses, lost profits, loss of data, or other consequences arising from the use of the service or the actions of third parties. This Agreement may be amended unilaterally by the Administration, and continued use of the service constitutes the User’s consent to the new version.
